P90X Day 5 and Day 6
I can't remember my calorie totals cuz I waited too long to blog them but that is okay because I know I stayed under my 1300 calories.
Day five was: Legs & Back
While I was stretching on this one omg, my left bicep (maybe) felt like it was going to tear in half! When we do this one he says scrape the wall with your elbows and I thought my arm was broken....
When I was prego with my first I got the pregnancy leg cramps in my calves and if you don't know what that's like you don't know pain! Well I got them in both legs and I called my mom who was downstairs and told her I some how broke my legs while I was sleeping. I was screaming and crying so hard. She dropped her phone and raced up and then realized what it was....yeah ever since then 6 years ago I still get them occasionally and it still feels like someone is snapping my legs in half at the calves.
So...it felt like that was happening in my arm too...but I was able to work thru it.
The calf raises...wow by the end of that I could barely stand. But after I finished the whole workout I didn't feel it as much as the others. I don't think I am bringing it enough...I need to push harder!

Then I might have blown my dieting a little...we went to Darlington Speedway and there was nothing there to eat but bad food. But I think I made it by cutting way way back during the day.
The Nascar race was awesome!
We got home at 3 am and had to get up for Church and be there by 1030. We made it!
Then we went out to eat after, I didn't want to because I knew I would blow my diet! And I ate yummy italian food!!! But I only ate half of everything that I normally would have even though I wanted to devour it all....so good. Plus it was the only thing I ate all of Sunday.
Sunday my workout Day 6 was supposed to be Kenpo X....well I took a nap at 5 pm until 7....a gift from my hubby cuz naps in this house for me are impossible. Unfortunately I was wide awake and for a while kept putting my workout off cuz I do them in the morning but because of the race I didn't. Well I worked out at like 1 am....lol but I did it and it felt good.

Got my heart pumping thats for sure but I looked like an idiot trying to do these moves! Oh my goodness, I could never ever let anyone see me doing these. I know I didn't do the moves right but I did the best I could and kept moving the whole time. My problem is I never feel like I am working hard enough because I don't sweat, I get a little perspiration but nothing like I see everyone else especially those on the videos.
I don't know I just never have even when I was in the Army I just don't sweat like others. Its kind of frustrating. But I enjoyed the workout it seemed to go by so quick it was fun.
So over the weekend I did my workouts! Diet...sketchy.
And as a present for mother's day my hubby bought me the nutrisystem for 28 days!!!!!!!!
Holy Crap I am so excited!!!!! 3 meals a day and a dessert all just for me! We are only going to do it for the one month though because they had a 50% off special. We got it for 166 when it is normally 392.
Shawn said he is trying to help me because it is all I talk about, getting fit. He said either buy the food or spend the 166 on other things I wanted. But I went for the food because I am tired of my 2 shakes and a salad a day routine already!
Says it will take about 10 days to get here but thats okay once it does that will be awesome.
Today is Day 7 for me, my rest or stretch day.
I think I will do the stretch a little later or use today for cardio walk because it is supposed to be beautiful out today and I am sore but I feel really good even though I went to bed at 3 and got up at 830.
I am feeling good. Oh and my favorite cousin is doing Insanity now, she started this morning. I am so proud of her. When she told me she was starting today, I told her I was doing P90X, I haven't told anyone else except my hubby. I want others to see the results when I am done.

Now a family and two babies and she is unhappy too so we are both on a journey, her in NY and me in NC but we both want to be healthy and show our kids how to be healthy too!
