Day 9 and Day 10

Day 9 was Plyometrics again.  I was not looking forward to it at all.  I hate all the jumping around and last week I really sucked at it, I threw up and didn't even finish.  What a difference a week makes!  I did not throw up and I finished the whole DVD!!!  Of course I did not do everything like Tony I did the Pam modifications on some but I tried to do everything the best that I could.  I still didn't break into a sweat....uggg
I totally blew my diet!  I ate out at Wendys and had a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese on it.  I drank my powerade that I already had and didn't finish even half the fries.  When I came home, I literally tried to make myself throw it back up because I was so pissed at my weakness.  Yeah well that didn't work.  I don't know how people do it, just made my abs ache.  So I failed my diet miserably more by adding on half an Almond Joy bar...yeah someone hit me already.  But Day 10 is a new day because I got my nutrisystem order last night and plan on starting it Day  10.

Shoulders and Arms

Alternating Shoulder Press 15/15
In & Out Bicep Curls 16/16
2 Arm Tricep Kickbacks 15/15
Deep Swimmers Press 15/15
Full Suppinations 16/16
Chair Dips 20 knees bent/20 legs straight

Well, I currently have lost my paper with my stuff on them...

I guess I will have to come back later when I find it
