Tomorrow morning I plan on trying to start P90X I bought it a couple of weeks ago but due to the potty training, mother nature aka my monthly, and my husband having a four day and my family being here I haven't started it yet. I am a lazy person and a procrastinator so we will see if I do it but I am hoping that by saying I am going to do it on here I will do it, I also plan on watching what I eat, not follow the P90X food guideline because well I can't afford to and my family has to eat too but still watch what I eat.
I currently am (honestly) 5'1 and weigh between 125-129 depending on the day. I want to get down to 110 but I will take 115 and be happy. I need to lose it all in the area above my knees and below my boobs! I have had 3 c-sections and feel like nothing is going to help me short of surgery or a miracle but I guess we will see. I am hoping to loose some inches I wear a size 9/10 pants and would love to get down to a 5 but I don't think these hips can get in them again but I would like to loose that pouch when I zip up my jeans. You ladies know what I am talking about. And I would love to sit down and not worry about trying to suck it in or try to cover up my stomach with my shirt or tuck in my belly lol.
I hope to gain energy back from the exercising and with that it will make me want to be more active with my kids and it will make me feel better about myself. That is the ultimate goal. So I guess it all depends on if I can do it tomorrow or not. Wish me luck lol!
