So Day 7 was day of rest and I used it to clean my entire house and do all the laundry in the house and all the bedding. So I still worked not just with Tony!

Today though I felt like I kept up and did so much better than the first time through this DVD. I am doing push ups off my knees again and I can't believe it! Super stoked!!!! I did the military push ups on my knees because he says its about form, and my form doesn't work on these yet unless I am on my knees... that's okay because I am doing better. Abs?? Not sure, I think I didn't do as well today but we do it like 3 times a week and can't help it if I am sore but the last two times I did really good I thought. I am almost keeping up with the mason twists which is huge for me..
MINI CELEBRATION time, I have lost 3 pounds and I am already noticing a difference in my clothes and how they fit. I put on a pair of jeans that I bought in December that were tight but fit but gave me some muffin top issues and I put the on today and they slid on no problem and no muffin top hanging over anymore on these babies! Yeah, little inspiration to get up and do it again tomorrow!
I like the energy boost I have too. I am eating better, I am working out and I know it! lol My body is not giving up on me anymore. I used to complain about having to park to far from anything and having to walk any distance to get somewhere and now I am like, whatever we can park in the back row and walk it! I am already playing with my kids more and spending time in the yard with them. I know its only been a week but its been 6 years since I worked out like this and ate right...and my body is happy. I am happy too. Sore and tired because I am not a morning person but I am working through it and getting it done!
