Well as for the rest of Day 1 I ate 2 slim fast shakes that were each 200 calories
one salad with chicken that was about 300 calories
one special k bar that was 90 calories
and a blueberry yougurt that was 80 calories
grand total of 870 calories for the day.
I thought at the end of the night that I wasn't really sore at was kind of disappointed....ha! I was wrong!
I went to bed and at 330 this morning I was awoken by a scream, my son who is potty training was screaming. He woke up his little sister even from his screaming. I went down to see why he was screaming and he was screaming and it was because he had to go potty and he wouldn't go in his pullup. Of course that is awesome but for some one who is trying to sleep and get up at 5 am its not so fun. He went potty but once his sister is awake she is awake. I eventually got him back to sleep but crawling in his toddler bed with him and falling asleep with him while his sister fell played in the room.
So we all fell asleep in the toddler beds (ouch) and slept til 1030!!!!
I got off to a late start!
So I finally got to day 2 and holy moly as soon as I started warming up I started feeling sore from the day before! Plyometrics kicked my butt, i almost puked twice. I quit before the last 5 minutes because I was so dizzy from not eating for so long that I was sure if I didn't sit down I was going to pass out.
But I did push myself and I am sore but it feels good to know I am doing something good for myself.
I have 88 more days to go! lol
